- Open the PPT/PPTX file of the presentation you want to share
- Then Login to the Zoom Account or enter the Room that has been created
- At the bottom of the menu, press the Share Screen button
- Then select the desired presentation PPT file Then Press Share
- The file will soon be displayed to all Zoom participants
- When you feel it’s enough, to close it please press the Stop Share button

- Make sure you have installed and have a Zoom account
- Create a new meeting room or Run an existing one
- Press the Share button and select the Screen menu
- Find presentation PPT files that are already stored on your phone
- If the internet connection is smooth, the PPT file will be displayed to Zoom participants
- Press the Stop Share button if you want to close the presentation session
